Solution
Redesign of the data and document submission process for contract formulation. This new version was linked to the user's journey, allowed sharing between those involved, continuous completion, error prevention and fully integrated with internal products.

The project stages consisted of interviews with users to understand the current experience, deep dive into materials, NPS analysis, ideation, solution design, usability testing, engineering monitoring, phased launch and iteration.
Results
The project had great results, such as an increase in NPS, better adherence and a reduction in filling errors. After launch, the experience became more professional and integrated into the customer journey.
